How do I know if what I'm experiencing is acid reflux or angina?

The other question in this section gives a good idea of the symptoms of angina. Symptoms of acid reflux are:
- Spasm centered in the chest
- Pain is worse when you're lying down and after eating meals
- Pain is relieved by antacids or acid blockers.
